We understand that there are times of life when the path before us seems unclear and presents many challenges. During these times many of us need a helping hand, a listening ear, and a compassionate heart to help us make it through victoriously. At times we may be doing well in many areas of our life, but struggling in others. Sometimes resulting in feelings of isolation, loneliness, and hopelessness. Our hope at Village Church Counseling is to provide you with the services you need to find hope again, and a hope that will endure. There are answers for dealing with whatever you might be facing. In fact, many of our counselees see significant progress in 8-12 weeks. We, in all cases, will address the issues that you are facing from God’s word incorporating other resources that are harmonious with the principles found there.

I was working on a check in like this, this am. Then saw Dr. Amen and his team beat me! So I thought I’d highlight his amazing work this am.

I’ve been following the work of Dr. Amen for about 18 years. His work to understand the brain, and what we do in our thinking to hurt our brains and grow our brains never ceases to amaze me. We have a choice, we have impact, we can grow. With 13 years of clinical experience his work supports so much of what I have seen in the office week in and week out. I continually come back to his work for continued understanding of the complexities of our mental health.

So let him lead us through a weekend check up....
