Officially a PSIA Children’s Specialist 🙌🎿

Two big exam days filled with learning, laughter, amazing humans, and a whole lot of kid-energy magic. My brain is full, my legs are tired, and my heart is SO happy.

So grateful for this crew, the inspiration, and the constant reminder that teaching kids isn’t just skiing – it’s creativity, patience, play, and meeting them right in their world.

So proud to support the littlest shredders out there 🤍❄️

✨ Basalt Mommy & Me — Winter Break Update ✨

Our Basalt Mommy & Me: Stretch & Reconnect class will be taking a little winter break from Dec 10th – Jan 13th ❄️💛

I’m excited to share that beginning January 14th, I’ll be teaming up with the Aspen Jewish Congregation to support their beautiful new 6-week program: Bibs & Burps – Winter 2026, hosted at the Aspen Chapel Gallery.

💜 A nurturing series for moms + babies, featuring time to connect, move, learn, and hear from guest experts in postpartum care, pediatrics, mental health, and more.

We’ll gather, play, and build community together — and then Mommy & Me will resume in Basalt in the spring. 🌸

Bring your partner for a Doula-Led Birth Partner Flow – a movement and support session designed to help you both prepare for birth together.

We’ll blend gentle yoga, breathwork, partner poses, and a hands-on “labor simulation” so your partner can truly feel how powerful emotional and physical support can be during labor.

Hi, I’m Janet. 💛
I’m here for you when it comes to prenatal yoga, birth education, partner comfort measures, and anything that comes up as you prepare for – or move through – motherhood.

One of my greatest passions and hopes is that my work helps mamas feel truly loved and supported – and reminds them that even on the hardest days, they’re not alone.

My motto is “Strong as a Mama. Soft as a Soul.”
Because I believe there is nothing stronger, more incredible, beautiful, or sacred than a mom – in all her forms, through every season of motherhood.

I share this work not only as a teacher, but as a mama myself – with a two-year-old daughter, a seven-month-old Newfoundland puppy, and a husband I met when I was just 13. Our journey together has been full of growth, lessons, and deep love – all of which inspire the space I hold for other families.

Know that you have a valley of support around you – and we’re here to help you put yourself first, recharge, and feel your best as you navigate motherhood. 🌿
