This month we’re featuring Savannah as part of our Three Rivers Health Employee Spotlight!

Savannah has been with Three Rivers Health for 4 months and has worked in healthcare for about 2½ years. She chose this role because it’s a great introductory position into healthcare with opportunities to pursue other educational opportunities.

Her favorite part of the job is helping people and getting to know the members of our community — something that truly reflects the spirit of rural healthcare and the relationships we build with our patients every day.

Fun fact about Savannah: She loves trivia and card games and is very competitive! 🎲🃏

We are excited to share that the Big Horn County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) has officially been approved, and the implementation plan is now underway.

This important work was completed in collaboration with our partners at North Big Horn Hospital District , along with valuable input from community members across Big Horn County. The CHNA helps guide our efforts to improve health services and address the most important needs in our community.

In 2025, we were proud to care for 16,100 people, provided $60,000+ in charity care, and help patients save over 104,000 miles of travel by keeping care close to home.
