đź’ˇ Tip Tuesday đź’ˇ

Taking care of your mental health is something you can practice every single day—through small, intentional steps.

Here are a few gentle reminders for today:
✨ Do things that bring you joy
✨ It’s okay to not feel okay sometimes
✨ Set boundaries and give yourself permission to say no
✨ Focus on what you’re grateful for
✨ Prioritize self-care—your mind and body matter
✨ Speak kindly to yourself with positive affirmations

You don’t have to do everything at once—just start with one 💛

03/26/2026

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and distressing life experiences.

When something overwhelming happens, the brain can sometimes “get stuck” processing the memory. This can lead to ongoing emotional distress, negative beliefs, anxiety, or physical tension.

EMDR therapy helps the brain safely reprocess these memories so they feel less intense and no longer interfere with daily life.

During EMDR sessions, a trained therapist guides you through structured steps while using bilateral stimulation (such as guided eye movements, tapping, or sounds). This process helps the brain “unstick” difficult memories and promotes natural healing.

Many clients find that EMDR helps them feel more calm, confident, and in control of their lives.

If you’re curious whether EMDR could help you, our clinic is here to answer your questions and support your healing journey. Give us a call at 402.684.2908. with any questions or to schedule your session. 💙
