Four of our Western HR team members (Raleigh Court, Stanleytown, Springtree, and Berkshire) attended the Career Fair at Virginia Western Community College!
We had a wonderful evening connecting with nursing students, answering questions about our facilities, and engaging in great conversations about their future careers in healthcare.

Congratulations to our October Employee of the Month, Liz Lamonica!

Liz has been covering both the SDC and IP roles for quite some time, and she does it all with a pleasant attitude and a willingness to step in wherever she is needed. She never complains, always puts her team first, and is truly the definition of a team player.

From covering orientation to leading in-services, Liz has gone above and beyond to help us get back on track. We are so grateful for her hard work and dedication.
