Join us at Bastrop PRIDE or Lockhart Pride where we will be vaccinating anyone who needs a COVID-19 vaccine or booster! We'll be at Fisherman's Park in Bastrop this Saturday 6/11, and at Luna Gardens in Lockhart Sunday 6/19. Remember that vaccines are available Monday-Friday at A+ Lifestyle Medical Group in Bastrop. Come see us there if you can't make it to Pride! You can also talk with your doctor or pharmacist to schedule your vaccine or booster!

On Friday, Pfizer announced results of their Phase II/III trial in children 6 months to under 5 years of age. There were two big wins and one massive set back: Wins: Vaccine was safe, so no severe events occurred. The vaccine dosage worked for kids between 6 months and under 2 years.

COVID-19 cases are once again increasing in many parts of the country, and the overall level of community transmission is high. The 7-day average of daily new cases is 94,266, a 9.7% increase from the previous 7-day period.
CDC recommends everyone ages 5 years and older get a COVID-19 vaccine.
COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective at helping prevent COVID-19, especially severe illness, hospitalization, and death.

If you aren’t vaccinated:
✅ Get vaccinated.
😷 Wear a mask over your nose & mouth.
↔ Stay at least 6 feet from others.
🚫 Avoid crowds & poorly ventilated spaces.
