Patients may begin scheduling medical appointments by visiting CommuniHealth.org from a desktop or mobile device and following the appointment scheduling instructions.

For those who prefer to schedule by phone, phone lines will reopen at 12:30 PM on Wednesday at clinics that are open. To schedule by phone, please call 318-283-8887.
