✨ Meet Elizabeth, Patient Service Representative Lead at Ally Medical ER Bastrop ✨
Our Patient Service Representative Leads are often the first friendly face patients see. They help guide families through registration, insurance, and next steps while creating a calm and welcoming experience during stressful moments.
For Elizabeth, serving the Bastrop community is something she doesn’t take lightly.
“It’s rewarding to be part of a place where patients trust us during emergencies and allow us to help when they need it most.”
Though she describes herself as naturally shy, this role has helped her grow by building stronger relationships and stepping confidently into leadership.
Outside of work, Elizabeth spends most of her time with her fiancé, her family, and her four dogs. She enjoys going to the gym, snowboarding, traveling, and is currently in the middle of wedding planning.
She describes herself as empathetic, reliable, and driven.
“I care deeply about how people feel and always try to create a supportive environment. I’m someone my team can depend on, and I’m constantly working to improve both personally and professionally.”
Elizabeth is especially drawn to Ally Medical’s core value of Compassion.
“A lot of patients walk in scared or overwhelmed. Even small moments of kindness can completely change how their visit feels.”
As a Patient Service Representative Lead, she enjoys supporting her team just as much as helping patients.
“I like being someone others can come to for guidance and encouragement. Seeing the team grow and work together successfully is just as rewarding as helping patients directly.”
She wants patients to know that Patient Service Representatives are committed to caring for them.
“My biggest priority is helping them feel taken care of and less stressed.”
