Showing up for those who show up for us 🚒💙

Our Bastrop team spent some time supporting Bastrop County firefighters, making sure they had meals, water, and supplies while they were out protecting our community. What started as a quick check in turned into an opportunity to help meet a real need, and we were grateful to be able to step in.

We’re incredibly thankful for the men and women who serve our community every day. It was an honor to support you and stand alongside you in even a small way 💙

Helping students get ready for the season 💪✨

We spent three days at Cedar Creek Middle School, Bastrop Middle School, and Riverside Middle School providing pre physical screenings. It was great helping things run a little smoother while also getting to spend time with these amazing student athletes!

Spring break + kids = fun, busy, and a little unpredictable 🌸

A few simple habits can help keep everyone feeling their best:

😴 Adequate sleep supports mood, behavior, and immune health—needs vary by age, but consistency matters.
☀️ Sunscreen should be reapplied every 2 hours—especially after swimming or sweating.
🍎 Healthy snacks (protein + fiber-rich) help maintain steady energy and a better mood.
🩹 A basic first aid kit makes it easier to handle minor injuries quickly.
🫶Deep breaths (as needed… or every 5 minutes 😅) can lower stress, slow your heart rate, and help your body reset.
☕Coffee counts as self-care—moderation can boost energy and help you power through the chaos.
📱 Limiting screen time can help support better sleep and behavior.
🧼 Hand sanitizer helps reduce the spread of germs on the go. Look for 60–95% alcohol and rub until dry.

A little preparation can go a long way in keeping your break safe and stress-free 💙
