Costumes, candy, and neighborhood fun…Halloween is such a magical night for kids (and let’s be honest, parents too 😉)! But, with all that excitement often comes the dreaded sugar rollercoaster - hyper one minute, cranky and exhausted the next. 🎢

Here’s what most parents don’t realize - sugar itself isn’t the only culprit. When your child’s nervous system is already stressed or running on overload, it can’t regulate blood sugar, digestion, or emotions as smoothly. That’s why some kids bounce back quickly…and others crash hard.
