As the final week of February comes to a close, I want to share a feel Good Friday challenge to take with you into the weekend. If at any point you find yourself wondering what could go wrong. Take a moment, take a breath, and write out something that could go RIGHT! So often, our minds can autopilot to the negative. My challenge for you is to take this weekend and practice highlighting the positive potential within your experiences.

So true! As humans we all have patterns and often we repeat those patterns resulting in responses that reflect our histories rather than the individual we are responding to.

Positive: This can change with therapy, increased self-awareness, and active investment in changing patterns, which takes time and patience
