At least once a week I have to talk a customer OUT of a sale. WHY WOULD I DO THAT??? Because what they wanted, although it was healthy, WOULD NOT WORK for their intended goal. Inevitably, it’s AAAALWAYS an AI generated ad for weight loss and “stubborn belly fat” and even though I have bills to pay to keep the lights on I CANNOT lie to my customers just to make a few bucks. LIES🔥LIES🔥LIES🔥 5 meals a day for a healthy metabolism was NEVER TRUE!!! The reason many athletes and bodybuilders ate 5-6 meals a day has to do with PROTIEN METABOLISM. This is a SPECIFIC GROUP OF PEOPLE that needed every extra once of muscle they could get. Because the body synthesizes protien throughout the day, they always wanted to have something in their system for synthesis. THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH METABOLIC FAT LOSS!!! In fact, for MOST PEOPLE this would SEVERELY HINDER fat loss because of the amount of insulin running through their system all day long.
