LIES🔥LIES🔥LIES🔥 5 meals a day for a healthy metabolism was NEVER TRUE!!! The reason many athletes and bodybuilders ate 5-6 meals a day has to do with PROTIEN METABOLISM. This is a SPECIFIC GROUP OF PEOPLE that needed every extra once of muscle they could get. Because the body synthesizes protien throughout the day, they always wanted to have something in their system for synthesis. THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH METABOLIC FAT LOSS!!! In fact, for MOST PEOPLE this would SEVERELY HINDER fat loss because of the amount of insulin running through their system all day long.
