Two things that I add into my vinyasa practice to keep my core strong at age 50. Reminder - this is yoga so it’s very slow and controlled….video is real time for the first movement and 400x for the next 4. Each movement is done 5x on each side. Works out to be just 45 seconds for each set. I do these at least twice per week. I practice 5 times a week.
