Saluting All of Our Veterans this Veterans’ Day!

Did you know about our Veterans Assistance Program?

Our mission at Always Best Care of Kane County is to help our veterans in obtaining the funds deserving of their service for the care they need. We want to help America’s most admirable citizens as they age to remain in their homes longer while maintaining a healthy and safer lifestyle. And if you are living in an assisted living community, your benefits can also apply to room and board as well as personal care.

You may be eligible for benefits that may cover up to 50% of the average cost of long-term care for qualifying veterans or their surviving spouses. And/or you may be eligible for a pension based on having served a minimum of one day during a period of war or conflict and over the age of 65 and unable to hold “substantially gainful employment.”

And there are other important benefits too – assistance for surviving spouses, special monthly benefits who are housebound or in need of regular Aid and Attendance of another person due to their disabilities, and retroactive, accrued and burial benefits.
Please call us at 630-761-9755 for more details on our Veterans Assistance Program. Let’s see how we can help you!
