đź‘‹ MEET AUBREY
Aubrey specializes in helping people dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, anger, stress, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and life changes as well as with many other challenges, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like more information! Aubrey works with children, adolescents, and adults. Individual and family work. I also work with clients experiencing symptoms of PTSD.
Aubrey provides a safe place to talk and explore emotions. She knows the client needs the opportunity to share things they may have never shared before or a place to work through things they have not been able to work through. Her goal is to show clients what genuine empathy and care look like and help them build coping skills for many aspects of life.
Aubrey knows the client’s needs come first, as a therapist one needs to start where the client is if you want to be helpful. To her, every client is a unique individual with strengths, skills, and potential for growth. She also knows it's important to make sure that if she is unable to help a client, she will her best to provide resources or referrals for places they can seek help.
Aubrey is available in the Batavia office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with hours throughout the day and evening. Tuesday she is available for telehealth (video/phone) sessions.
📣 FUN FACT:
Aubrey loves animals, especially dogs and sloths! She is also a huge fan of music which she believes can be a helpful coping skill. Aubrey is a bit of a journalism/news nerd which comes from her high school days on the school newspaper even serving as editor in chief her senior year.
