I am excited learning from Natalie Bledstein, OTR, CSTD, a dynamic and excellent instructor. I am learning dynamic, new Cranio-sacral mouthwork techniques and somato-emotional Release in Upledger's Somato-Emotional Release 1 course. I just finished day 2 of Manual Approach Articular Advanced Joints in Redondo Beach, LA. I learned about deep articular structures of the cervical, hip, and knee joins, as well as specific arteries, nerves and veins.
I feel great and my posture improved after the cervical and suboccipital techniques. My slight kyphosis or hunchback on my thoracic area is barely visible. My back and neck feels great!
