West Clermont, a suburb of Cincinnati well known in the area for its school spirit, golf courses, and fine breweries, is home to Provision Living’s newest senior living community. This upscale community will open in late 2020, complete with amenities one would expect in the area. Designed to complement the architecture of West Clermont, the senior residential community will feature elegant hospitality and residential areas as well as landscaped courtyards, patios and walkways.
Located on 11 acres, the two-story, 80,000-square-foot senior living community will accommodate 65 studio, one - and two-bedroom apartments. Additionally, the community will have 19 memory care studio apartments, and 15 independent living villas. Residents can enjoy the convenience of having a beauty salon, an exercise room, therapy space, a movie theater, a chapel, large common areas and two elegant dining rooms only steps from their apartment door.
Our Building
Provision Living at West Clermont is a 99-apartment senior living community that was intentionally designed to meet the unique needs of older adults. With both assisted living and memory care services, residents have their choice of purposefully designed studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom private apartments, which include full bathroom, kitchenette, emergency call response, fire safety system, and individualized heating and cooling. The building also features a beautiful dining room, ground level courtyard, full-service salon, computer room, fitness center, on-site rehabilitation center, and much more.
