They’re inherited through love, loss, loyalty, and survival.

Family Constellations is a gentle group process that helps bring awareness to unseen family and ancestral dynamics so what was never ours to carry can begin to rest.

This work doesn’t require reliving the past or sharing personal details. It meets the nervous system slowly, with respect and care, allowing clarity, release, and a deeper sense of belonging to emerge naturally.

After a full weekend of yoga, breathwork, and mental–emotional integration, the lessons always continue long after we roll up the mat.

When we slow down enough to feel, old patterns rise to the surface.
When we practice being present, our truth becomes clearer.
And when we move, breathe, and connect in community, we begin to see which parts of us are ready to soften, release, and grow.

This is why we do the work.
Not just for the poses, but for the clarity, insight, and self-awareness that follow us back into our everyday lives.

I wrote a new reflection on this process — on truth, discernment, and learning to honor the spaces where our voices feel most heard.

Family Constellations is a powerful therapeutic and energetic process that helps uncover and release inherited trauma, unconscious patterns, and emotional entanglements that can pass down through generations. This work allows you to heal at the root—beyond the mind—at the level of the soul and family system.

This workshop offers a safe and transformational space to:

🌙 Holding the tension with you

Can I hold the tension enough?
Enough to not collapse into fear.
Enough to not jump too quickly into certainty.
Enough to let Spirit prove She has my back.

Life constantly asks us to sit in paradox: fear whispering one thing, intuition nudging another, and practicality reminding us to pace ourselves.
