This winter looked so different for sweet Grace. ❄️💪

After years of battling upper respiratory struggles, bronchospasms, and hospital visits, her body finally did what it was meant to do—recover with ease. Even when she caught a bug this season, it didn’t spiral. No hospital stays. No inhalers. Just a quick bounce back and a vibrant little girl who kept on thriving. 🙌

Grace's journey began when she was just an infant, and every illness felt like a ticking clock toward another respiratory episode. Her parents felt helpless, watching her tiny body struggle over and over again. But they never gave up—they were determined to find a better way.

That path led them to Generations Chiropractic after her first hospital stay for pneumonia. From the beginning, they felt supported, heard, and full of hope again.

As Grace continued care, her body began to strengthen. She got sick less often, and when she did, she recovered faster. Over time, her nervous system calmed, her immune system strengthened, and she no longer relied on inhalers to get through the season.

Even as a newborn, Dinka’s mama knew something was off — there was tension in her body, a strong side preference, and subtle signs like red creases, grunting during feeds, and a latch that never quite felt right. She was gaining weight and thriving on paper, but something told her mama there was more going on beneath the surface.

Dinka had been breech until 30 weeks, and her birth was longer due to a cervical lip. After birth, she showed signs of oral tension, frequent spitting up during tummy time, and infrequent bowel movements starting at 6 weeks — just twice a week. Despite being told over and over that this was all “normal,” her mama kept listening to that inner voice.

It was that intuition that brought her through our doors — and from day one, she felt seen. What made the biggest difference? The attention to detail. The time spent truly hearing her story and history. And the gentle guidance and education offered at every single visit.

Now, Dinka is releasing that deep tension in her body, and her latch has become stronger and more comfortable — creating a more peaceful experience for both mama and baby. 💛

Welcome Penny! The newest addition to the Generations Chiro crew! Her mom and two big sisters are no stranger to the chiro world, they are always excited for their weekly adjustments! Baby Penelope's mom got adjusted all throughout her pregnancy to prepare her body for miss P's arrival. Now a family of 5, these girls are ready for anything and keep mom and dad on their toes!

Every winter used to bring worry for Connor’s family. ❄️💔

After a tough delivery with vacuum extraction, Connor struggled with sleep as a baby—but it wasn’t until March 2021, at just 2 years old, that his breathing challenges truly took over. The wheezing never stopped. His little body cycled through ER visits, a pediatric ICU stay, oxygen, albuterol… all of it. And still, nothing seemed to bring lasting change.

Then his parents found Generations Chiropractic. 🙏

Our INSiGHT scans showed what no one else had seen—layers of stress in his nervous and immune systems that had built up since birth. With regular adjustments and a care plan just for him, things began to shift.

This winter, Connor did still need the hospital—but what happened next was completely different than before. His body responded to treatment right away. He bounced back faster than anyone expected. What used to spiral into weeks of struggle became a few days of recovery. 💪💙
