Hello everyone, and welcome to the page for the newest provider of Physical Therapy services in Leesville and the surrounding communities. Currently we are taking on new patients with Medicare part B insurance, but we are currently in the process of contracting with Medicaid, BCBS, Workmans Comp, and many other insurance providers to be in-network with each of these organizations. We will be posting as we come on-line with each new insurance company so check back for updates.
