We have so many reasons to be thankful each and every day! Today our residents reminisced while crafting our Gratitude Tree, as you can see, our “leaves of thanks” quickly overtook our tree! Grant and his team from Genesis Fitness Center stopped by today and surprised our staff and residents with a yummy treat! Staff and residents both enjoyed cookies, pecan pie bites, a meat and cheese tray, and a veggie tray! It was all delicious! 😋 thank you for the perfect mid-day snack!

With family gathered by our sides today we celebrated Thanksgiving with a delicious meal prepared by our wonderful dietary staff. To hear the dinning halls erupt with laughter and conversation brought so much joy to our hearts. We have so many wonderful reasons to be thankful, and each day is a blessing. From our family to yours, we hope you enjoy this wonderful holiday season.

Today and every day we honor the brave men and women who served our Nation.
Today we celebrated our Veterans with warm donuts and hot coffee followed by awarding them with Certificates of Honor. Our friend Kandice from Hospice Home Care provided certificates and Veteran Pins as well. Her warm smile always makes our residents day. 💙

Later this afternoon Sheri and Misty with LifeTouch Hospice provided Cowboys BBQ for lunch, our Veterans enjoyed the food and fellowship together.
In all, our Veterans have a combined 104.6 years of service! We are so grateful for their sacrifices and the freedoms we get to enjoy today.

We had the best time last week! From playing Facility Clue, the monster mash cake walk, the Halloween party and seeing all of the trick or treaters Friday night, this was a spooky season for the books!!
