What is Shine Yoga? Each one of us has a natural rhythm. Unfortunately, our natural rhythm has been hijacked. Many of us are stuck in a state of fight or flight, losing our natural breath rhythm, movement rhythm, and thought patterns. Shine yoga is all about finding and restoring your natural rhythm with your breath, movements and thinking patterns. Small group yoga coming soon.
