Dr. Breonna Reding is a chiropractor who started 300 Chiropractic and Wellness. After living and working in Colorado for 2 years, she and her husband, Pete Reding, moved to Greensburg in 2018 – her husband’s hometown – to raise their young family. Dr. Reding has a Kinesiology degree with a concentration in Exercise Physiology from Kansas State University. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland University, graduating magna cm laude and elected to the elite academic honors society, Pi Tau Delta. She is licensed in acupuncture and certified in kinesio-taping, cupping and instrumented soft-tissue mobilization. Dr. Reding has experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. While in her undergraduate program, Dr. Reding competed in strongman competitions and then transitioned to Olympic powerlifting. While working towards her doctorate, Dr. Reding continued her fitness journey and competed in bodybuilding. She has taught functional-lifting courses to CrossFit gyms as well as individuals. Dr. Reding looks forward to helping the people of Greensburg and the surrounding area achieve their individual goals in health and wellness!
