We're looking for a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our close-knit team. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a supportive environment, and making a difference in people's everyday health, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do:
• Welcome patients and provide compassionate, hands-on care.
• Take vitals, give injections, and assist with procedures.
• Keep accurate and clear patient records.
• Help patients understand their care and answer questions with kindness.
• Support providers and fellow staff to keep the office running smoothly.
• Pitch in with the little things that make a big difference in a small practice.

What We're Looking For:
• Current LPN license in Mississippi.
• A caring, patient-first attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Someone dependable who enjoys the "family practice" atmosphere.
• Previous office or clinic experience is helpful, but not required.

🌟 Exciting News for Batesville Medical Clinic! 🌟

We are thrilled to welcome our newest provider, Brittany Wiggins, to the Batesville Medical Clinic family!
With 14 years of nursing experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge from her experience in cardiac stepdown, women's urgent care, outpatient surgery, and inpatient rehabilitation.
Brittany holds an ADN from Meridian Community College, a BSN from Mississippi University for Women, and an MSN from Mississippi University for Women, where she was honored with the Clinical Excellence in Nursing Award for the Nurse Practitioner and the Jo-Ann McCullar Vandergriff Nurse Practitioner Scholarship. She is board certified through the ANCC.
Having called Batesville home for the past two years and previously residing in Charleston for seven years, Brittany is deeply rooted in our community. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Kyle Wiggins, DMD, and their two children, Maryl and Madi.
In her free time, she loves reading, traveling, and learning new things.

🌟 Meet Our New Nurse Practitioner, Pam Calvert, FNP-C! 🌟

We are proud to welcome Pam Calvert, FNP-C to our clinic family! Pam brings over 30 years of nursing experience and a deep commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Pam began her career as a nurse in a variety of settings—including medical clinics, wound care, home health, nursing homes, and hospitals. For the past three and a half years, she has practiced as a nurse practitioner in urgent care, where she developed a strong reputation for her expertise and dedication to patients.

She earned her BSN from Mississippi College and later her MSN, FNP from the University of North Alabama, and is proudly board-certified through the AANP.

A Batesville resident for nearly three decades, Pam and her husband, Rusty, have raised their family here. They have two sons, Hunter and Ethan. Hunter and his wife, Savannah, have two daughters, Avery Kate and Archer Rhea, who Pam loves to spoil! In her free time, she enjoys family time, attending Ole Miss football and baseball games, and cheering on her Rebels!

💙 With her experience, compassion, and strong roots in the community, Pam is an incredible addition to our team. We look forward to the exceptional care she will provide for our patients and families.

WE WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND UNDERSTANDING--1 of our AC units has been out since last week and we are hopeful to have everything restored very soon! This has significantly limited our room availability and cut us down from 7 patient rooms to 3-4 patient rooms. We can not apologize enough for the prolonged wait times and the discomfort of the environment some have had to experience! We appreciate our patients so very much for their understanding and patience. We will keep you updated...mean while were all "sitting on a beach some where" haha!

Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi will offer $75 Heart Score screenings, coronary calcium scans, throughout February for American Heart Month.

Coronary calcium screenings involve painless, noninvasive computerized tomography scans of the heart that measure the amount of calcium in coronary arteries and take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Appointments are available at both the hospital, located at 1100 Belk Boulevard, and the Oxford Diagnostic Center, located at 504 Azalea Drive. Fasting is not required and participants should avoid caffeine 12 hours before appointments.
