Thank you to everyone who attended our very first yoga event Merry Mindfulness! And a special thank you to Polk & Paddle for providing a fun gathering for afrerwards. We have not one but TWO yoga classes coming up this week. We have a Foundations in Yoga WEDNESDAY CLASS at 6 pm and a 90 min Restorative class on Sunday at 2pm with Kellee Cook Fletcher. As always classes are at Batesville Area Arts Council where you can enjoy the beautiful art while also finding the beauty within yourself.

Today's the day!! We have a few spots left for our Merry Mindfulness Yoga class at Batesville Area Arts Council! We will start off with a joyful christmas themed yoga flow, take a break and enjoy Hot Cider with a twist 😉 and Christmas goodies that you can enjoy and take home as well! We will come back to the mat for a holiday stress relieving meditation and finish off with tickets to enjoy a glass of wine or beer at Polk & Paddle for a little after party. 🥳
