The time has opened for VOTING! What? Every D & B Christmas includes 5 trophies where YOU (students and family) choose the winner. The back of each ballot includes a list of eligible students! Fold it and drop it in the bucket - November 17th is the deadline to vote! Winners announced at the Christmas party December 6th!

We apologize - the night was a tremendous success! 205 goodie bags plus 2 students passed out buckets of candy, but the house was cleaned out moments before 7 pm! We'll be better stocked next year.

If you're testing in November this is the last week to earn COLORED TAPE stripes on your belt!

Tonight's class is 5:30-6:30 with another opportunity Saturday .

How do you get tape? Demonstrate you KNOW something on your own working one-on-one with a Black belt Student or Master.

Next week is pre-test week to earn WHITE. All colors must be on your belt to reach this accomplishment! Fill out a Formal Pre-Test form and get it signed by a Master.

What time do you need to be here for the 11/8 test? These times are the belt colors you are GOING TO (not the color you have now).

Note: Testing fees must be paid before starting your test. If you did not signup for this test 2 weeks ahead of time, you may still test BUT likely will not have your new belt on hand the day of the test.

Group 1: BEGINNERS
-Arrive 7:45 am, warm up 15 minutes
-Test 8 - 9:30 am, 1 1/2 hours

Group 2: INTERMEDIATE
-Arrive 7:45 am, warm up 15 minutes
-Help previous group 8 - 9:30 am
-Test 9:45 - 11:15 am, 1 1/2 hours

Group 3: ADVANCED
-Arrive 9:30 am, warm up 15 minutes
-Help previous group 9:45 - 11:15 am
-Test 11:30 - 1 pm, 1 1/2 hours

Group 4: Black Belts
-Arrive 7:45 am
-Help all groups
-Judge if scheduled
-Test may be planned after color tests -or- during class; speak to Grandmaster Dwenger in advanced to confirm plans.

Judges: Seats are scheduled after students sign up for test participation. The amount of students determine how many judges are needed. Not every Black belt is required to Judge.

Allotment follows belt color (tape) ranking and instructor / assistant instructor ranking. Designation is assigned prior to testing with Cristy.

*If you are a Black belt and will NOT be available this date, please let Cristy know ASAP to balance Judge to Student ratio.
