Field trip today to Walnut Ridge for a tour of the Wings of Honor Museum. Very impressive and brought back lots of memories for our folks. The volunteers were super nice. Former navy pilot Ben especially enjoyed the outing & it was great to see types of planes he flew. ✈️

EMAL pilgrims Stan, Virginia, Beverly, Edie, Sharon, Margie & Keith share their woeful tale of their struggle to survive the first winter in the new world in today’s play: Being Thankful. The early settlers were grateful to their Indian friend Squanto (Mike) for teaching them to hunt and fish.

A salute to our veterans! 🇺🇸 The kitchen staff served a delicious barbeque rib lunch on Tuesday. A special thank you to Misty Morrow with LifeTouch Health for presenting each of them with a gift and certificate. Also, many thanks to DAR and Econo-Mart Pharmacy for the care packages. You brightened their day!!

Our veterans were honored with a wonderful catfish lunch today by the kind and gracious folks at First Community Bank in Batesville. David, Doug, William, Keith and Stan enjoyed a delicious meal and were each gifted a FBC hat. Thank you to First Community Bank for reminding our fellas how special and appreciated they are! 🇺🇸
