Thanks for a sweet year, pals. 💫

Honored to have welcomed some littles this year, supported some lovely families and co-regulated alongside the absolute best clients in office (this year’s word: co-regulation).

One of my biggest joys as a body + birth worker is watching clients grow, evolve and transition between the seasons ~ before baby joins, while baby grows and in the birthing space. Beyond grateful to be welcomed here.

Thank you for the continued trust + support. Wouldn’t be doing this work without y’all.

A note on postpartum after loss ~

A note of acknowledgment, for those who carry it silently. Postpartum after loss sucks, there’s no way to put it lightly. It can feel unseen + unheard. Sending a hand squeeze to anyone who has held this, carried this. It should be something we can share + find support for.

You are postpartum and deserve to be held as such. Always here as a resource and support.

~ November is booked / connect for cancellations! Returning to regular booking in December. Accepting new clients for perinatal care + abdominal therapy as available.
