There are many pieces to the puzzle of wellness. Not only are our diet and activity levels important, but sometimes we forget that our environment also has a huge impact. These days, our own homes can be a source of chaos and stress, instead of a space of solace and calm. Dirty dishes are stacked in the sink. Baskets of unfolded laundry are begging to be put away. Fur balls and tiny humans running amuck...
