Acute pain! ✨

Though it’s not a fun time, we appreciate the patients who run to us immediately in times of need.

I tend to find those who get regular care heal much faster, than those starting with acute care. That doesn’t mean chiropractic isn’t for! It just means we want to keep our expectations realistic and our goals attainable for healing! ❤️

The first bigger(ish) storm of the year. This will start Tuesday morning throughout the following night with 4-8 or 6-10 predicted.

Our goal is to remain OPEN during safe travel conditions only. If you don’t feel comfortable, reschedule - no hard feelings but having a little notice goes a long way for planning for us.❤️ The schedule gets backed up with snow days so we do our best to accommodate you and get you back on track asap.

Keep updated and be safe! Do not drive if you don’t feel safe. Call or text with any questions.

✨ACCEPTING DONATIONS✨

The food drive is underway and we still have a month left! The more you bring in, the more families we can help.

This year, I am partnering directly with Midcoast youth center to get food DIRECTLY into the hands that need it. Anonymously, privately, without guilt or pressure.

I also added something new: thanksgiving baskets. We will be giving 5 to families (peep the second photo) but I’d love to pump these up! We need sides only! All turkeys are covered 🥰

If you have the means, I am here to accept donations or meet for a pickup. If you need help, reach out. There is not judgement and I will get you the resources you need to have a safe, warm, happy holiday season. ❤️
