Life is amazing. This is a diagram of the known chemical reactions that occur in the body. This is why it's so important to think about what you put into your body. Food, air, water, pollutants, medications, vitamins...... This is why medications have unwanted side effects. These reactions do not operate in isolation of each other. They are integrated in profound ways. That's why medications should almost always be secondary to lifestyle changes. The power that made the body heals the body. You just have to give it what it needs, get out of the way and try not to mess it up.
