Come to the Chili and Chowder Fest where our cooks have made Chili to compete with 11 other local groups. It looks like a great event to raise funds for youth food and shelter. It is tonight in downtown Bath.

Celebrating two centenarians living at HillHouse. Some of the things they have seen and done: Women’s suffrage, the Great Depression, WWII, the Polio Vaccine, Civil Rights Movement, Landing on the Moon, the internet, the first African American President. There is much to learn and not forget.

Happy Earth Day. Spring continues to come despite late winter storms. We lost a birch tree at the central circle in the ice storm on 3/24-25, which has changed the feel of the area. To celebrate Earth Day and Arbor Day and remember HH friends, we want to plant a new tree or series of plantings at that location in memory of residents who have enjoyed the sunny area and also sought refuge in the shade that trees, and specifically that tree, provided.
