We particpate with all major insurance. Dr. Kundlas completed his Family Practice Residency from Catholic Medical Center serving his last year of the program as Chief Resident. After working for Ira Davenport Hospital for 2 years, he opened his private practice in July 1999. He has been serving the community of Bath and the surrounding areas since 1997.
