Join Kula Heart Yoga & Wellness at Folino Estate Winery for a beautiful morning of restoration, connection, and quiet care. Set in the peaceful surroundings of the estate, this wellness experience is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and fully arrive in the moment.

Your morning begins with a gentle, guided yoga practice, followed by a deeply calming sound bath and breathwork to encourage rest, balance, and nervous system reset. We’ll close the experience with a celebratory glass from the Mimosa Bar, featuring fresh, seasonal flavors.

• 12:00 PM – Sound Bath

Motivation, Inspiration and Desire for more.

Kula Heart is a local yoga studio created with Lehigh Valley Heart. It’s an environment to relax and get a massage, a studio to find your yoga practice and a community of like minded friends that enjoy each others company. We’re located right off Routes 22 and 512 inside the Park Plaza Professional Center, Suite 201.

Training is available for Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructors to continue their education. Teacher training programs are inspired by Ashaya Yoga® founded by Todd Norian. If you want to be a yoga teacher this is the program that will open your heart to find your authentic voice.
