Kindness is at the heart of everything we do. Sheila Johnson, Director of Nursing at Bethel Health Care Center, shares how small, thoughtful moments—like remembering a resident’s favorite blanket or how they take their coffee—make a big difference.

By bringing smiles to those around them, our team embodies kindness every day, helping our centers truly feel like home.

Winter can affect more than just the weather. Shorter days and reduced sunlight can impact mood and energy, particularly for individuals experiencing Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).

At our centers, we take a comprehensive approach to resident well-being. By fostering social connection, promoting physical activity, providing balanced nutrition, and creating bright, supportive environments, we help residents maintain wellness for both mind and body.

Cupid had nothing on the wisdom in our building this Valentine’s Day. 💘

Residents and team members had so much fun sharing their best relationship tips — some sweet, some practical, and some that had everyone laughing out loud. From heartfelt reminders to a little playful sass, the advice board quickly became the place to be.

It was a joyful way to celebrate love, swap stories, and enjoy the wonderful personalities that make our community shine.
