I started Beachbody three years ago after I had my twins. I had no energy, and was unhappy in my marriage and was just going through day to day being a mom, wife and doctor. Beachbody changed me. It gave me energy and confidence. It changed my body and changed my life. It gave me the strength and power to change my life for the better. I do NOT want to push Beachbody on anyone but feel it would be selfish not to try to explain to people about the amazing products that Beachbody has to offer. I want to teach people how to take back their life and get their body back. You CAN feel good and confident again. Beachbody will get you there. If you follow the programs, they will work.
