Happy International Women’s Day to the incredible women who make Kinetic what it is.

From caring for our patients to supporting one another behind the scenes, our team shows every day the strength, dedication, and compassion that define great healthcare. We’re proud to work alongside women who lead, teach, and make a difference in our community.

Today we celebrate the women of KPT and all the women making an impact wherever they are.

Recovery doesn’t stop at the treatment table.

At Kinetic, we move from the treatment room to the gym so you can learn how to use your body the right way. Hands-on care helps calm pain and improve mobility, but the real progress happens when we translate that into movement, strength, and proper mechanics.

That’s where we teach you how to move better, build resilience, and reduce the risk of injury going forward. The goal isn’t just to get you out of pain today. It’s to help you stay strong and active long after you leave the clinic.

One hour focusing on YOU. That’s what you get at Kinetic.

Not a quick appointment. Not rotating between multiple patients. Not a rushed treatment plan. Just one full hour of dedicated, one-on-one care centered entirely around your goals, your pain, and your progress.

That time allows us to assess thoroughly, treat intentionally, and teach you how to move better so results actually last. It gives us space to answer your questions, adjust your program, and make sure you leave feeling confident in what you’re doing.

Because real recovery takes attention, and you deserve it.

Here, Marieke started with soft tissue mobilization to reduce tension in the neck and shoulder muscles.

When those areas are tight and guarded, they can limit motion and make everything feel restricted. By loosening the muscles first, we help decrease tension and improve circulation.

From there, we mobilize the thoracic spine to restore movement through the mid-back, a key area that often contributes to neck and shoulder stiffness.

Preparing the tissue and improving mobility allows manual therapy to be more effective and helps you get more out of your session.

Loosen. Mobilize. Restore.

Dry needling is one of the tools we use in physical therapy to help relieve muscle pain and improve movement. It involves placing a very thin, sterile needle into tight or irritated muscles (often called trigger points) to help them relax and reset. There’s no medication injected... the goal is to reduce tension, improve blood flow, and calm down overactive pain signals.

You might feel a quick twitch or mild soreness afterward (similar to how you feel after a workout), but many patients notice improved mobility and decreased pain shortly after.

At KPT, dry needling isn’t a stand-alone fix; it’s part of a full recovery plan that includes hands-on treatment, strengthening, and movement retraining to help you feel better and stay better.

Interested in learning more about dry needling and if you can benefit from it? Let's chat!

Feeling better doesn’t happen all at once. It’s the steady work, the guidance, and the time spent learning how to move the right way.

Because our concierge physical therapy sessions are one full hour, one-on-one, we’re able to focus completely on recovery... no rushing, not rotating between patients, just dedicated time to understand your body and help you improve.

These everyday moments in the clinic lead to real progress, greater confidence in movement, and a return to the activities you enjoy.
