Feeling like you’re gonna spiral? This is what helps me:
✨Writing my thoughts down and dumping out EVERYTHING
✨ Moving my body (and touching some grass 🌱😁)
✨Anchoring myself in the present, pointing out 5 things I see or 4 things I hear to ground myself.
✨If all else fails, calling my bestie and distracting me from my day! ❤️‍🩹

At the end of the day, not everything needs decoding. Most things don’t even have a hidden meaning. They just 'are'. Letting go of the need to “figure it all out” is honestly the most underrated form of self-care. So consider this your official permission slip to NOT know. ✅ Grab your bev, light the candle, set the boundary, and let your brain rest for once! 💪🍷🧠✨
