Are polarized or tinted lenses better? There isn't a better or worse between the two, just pros and cons. Polarized lenses provide a darker lens but also allow you to cut through water to see fish, and help with any water-related activity. Tinted lenses are dark and block out harsh sunlight but do not have any other advantages like polarized do. The more you know!

1. Digital Eye Strain: this will cause eye pain and trouble focusing.
2. Dry Eye: uncomfortable and dryness.
3. Headaches and Blurred Vision: and more!
