During each of our Tai Chi/Qigong sessions I try to take participants to a happy place… like the beach, the mountains or somewhere beautiful and relaxing. Well, with my birthday coming up, my Tuesday ladies surprised me with a trip to Paris, in our minds at least. They even dressed me up as a Frenchman. So much fun!
