6 days left of registration!!! Only 6 spots left! Registration is not complete until payment is recieved/confirmed.

Last Course offering before renewal deadlines. Won't be offered again until end of 2025!!!

Objectives:
1. Clinicians will gain a basic understanding of the legal system.
2. Clinicians will be educated and on the various roles of the clinician in the legal system.
3. Clinicians will gain an understanding of "Ethics vs Law" and which one applies to participation with the legal system.
4. Clinicians will gain knowledge to various laws related to the role of clinicians in the legal system.
5. Clinicians will learn tips and "best practices" when operating within the legal system.
6. LMFTs will gain a better understanding of how their roles and responsibilities differentiate from other clinicians based
on their Code of Ethics.

We will also touch base on the new law for clinicians wanting to do mediation and custody work.

Approved for:
4 Ethics CE for LPCs/PLPCs
4 Ethics for LMFT
4 Ethics Social Work!

Last Course offering before renewal deadlines. Won't be offered again until end of 2025!!!

Thursday, February 27, 2025 is the last day to register for Clinicians in Court or to recieve the package deal. This is so we can have the accurate count and send course materials to registrants.
