With more than 50 applicants and two rounds of interviews, we were intentional about hiring a therapist who would match the caliber of excellence our clients have come to expect — and we did just that! Sara is a phenomenal addition to our already outstanding team and growing reputation for exceptional, client centered care.
Sara earned her Master’s in Counseling from Xavier University of Louisiana and brings valuable private practice experience. She is EMDR-certified and passionate about supporting teens and adults through trauma, anxiety, attachment concerns, self-worth, and life transitions. She also utilizes evidence-based approaches, including IFS and mindfulness, to help clients heal, grow, and thrive.
