Capital Oaks realizes that each of our residents has individual needs, and we specialize in providing the care necessary to fulfill these needs. Our interdisciplinary team works together with each resident’s doctor and associated health care professionals to develop a plan of care tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident. This plan of care is implemented by a dedicated, professional staff trained to meet the highest standards of excellence, while being sensitive to the emotional needs of our residents.
