🎁 Holiday Hustle Reminder 🎁

The gift-giving season is in full swing, which means more lifting, carrying, wrapping, reaching, bending… and sometimes a little extra strain on your body. Here are a few quick reminders to keep you feeling your best:

✨ Lift with care – Bend your knees, keep packages close to your body, and avoid twisting while carrying gifts.
✨ Take stretch breaks – Holiday prep can be a workout! Pause every 30–60 minutes to stretch your neck, shoulders, and lower back.
✨ Mind your posture – Whether you're wrapping presents or scrolling for deals, try to keep your spine tall and shoulders relaxed.
✨ Don’t ignore the signals – Soreness is normal. Sharp or lingering pain is not. We’re here if something doesn’t feel right.
✨ Self-care is a gift too – Hydrate, breathe, rest, and give your body the same kindness you give others this season.

‼️ Remember, you don't need a referral. Just call and set up an eval at any one of our three locations. ‼️

Wishing you a healthy, happy, and pain-free holiday! 🎄🎁✨
