When my energy tanked, my weight crept up, and my emotions felt all over the place... no one connected the dots.

I was told it was stress.
Aging.
Just “life as a busy woman.”

I didn’t lose 20 pounds by grinding harder.
I lost it by getting smarter and finally leading my health the way I lead everything else.

Here’s what I stopped doing:

Following fitness plans made for 25-year-olds

Forcing workouts that left me more depleted than energized

Accepting brain fog and exhaustion as “normal” because I was doing it all
