Has motherhood changed your body? Here’s how the Pilates reformer can help:
• Rebuild deep core strengthPregnancy stretches and weakens the deep abdominal muscles. The reformer targets them safely, helping support your spine and reduce back pain.
• Relieve back and hip painControlled, low-impact movements strengthen the muscles that stabilize your pelvis and lower back—without stressing tired joints.
• Improve posture (goodbye mom-hunch)Feeding, carrying, and rocking babies can pull the body forward. The reformer helps realign posture and strengthen the upper back.
• Support pelvic floor recoveryBreath-based, intentional movement encourages proper pelvic floor engagement—key after pregnancy and birth.
• Build strength without impactPerfect for postpartum bodies: resistance without jumping, jolting, or overloading joints.
• Restore confidence in movementLearning how to move well again—without pain—helps rebuild trust in your body after everything it’s been through.

We're bringing Tai Chi to Grace!

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow, graceful movements, deep breathing, and meditation — often beautifully described as "meditation in motion." Tai Chi is extremely low-impact and adaptable — people of almost any age and fitness level can practice it.

The key benefits are: Enhances flexibility, strength, and coordination. Reduces stress, anxiety, and improves sleep. Helps with chronic conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, and back pain. Boosts mindfulness and mental focus!

Our Story

Shannon Davis and Shelley Mockler are two women that live very full lives. Both of them are business owners, moms, wives, and active community members. They have been friends for many years. They have many things in common one being a passion for yoga and community. When the opportunity presented itself for them to open a studio together it was quite unexpected. After many conversations, much thought, and too many prayers to count they decided to dive in.

Their mission statement for the studio is this:

We are a studio where everyone belongs. Yoga for ALL!!! Inclusive, stable, supportive, abundant, and authentic. Each teacher is unique, having their own style and flavor with the commonality of GRACE. Grace for ourselves. Grace for fellow staff and teachers. Grace for every person we have the privilege of serving. Grace Yoga on Highland is a sanctuary for all of us. A place where mind, body, and spirit can become more free as we, together in community, embody LOVE.

Come and join us for a class. We would love to share yoga and be in community with you!
