Hanging out with my grown nieces and nephew and feeling young…

until I start talking. 😅

Because somehow the conversation always turns into:
“When I was your age.”
“Make sure you’re saving your money.”
“Get some rest.”

And suddenly I realize… I’m not the cousin anymore.
I’m the auntie with life advice that nobody asked for either.

Therapist brain + auntie energy = a whole guidance session nobody asked for. 😂

But honestly, I love watching them grow and figuring life out in their own way.

Happy November

This October was full of music, travel, and fall adventures and it reminded me of something important: the same joy I create for clients in the therapy room, I deserve to feel outside of it too. 🌿
