After the gym this morning, I came home and took an exfoliating bath with the new batch of Loofah Soap we made, and gosh darn it!! 👀🛀

I am like whole new person!! Refreshed and energetic!! 💃

My new skin and I are even more ready than ever to get to working on tomorrow's W🍃lln🍃ss W🍃dn🍃day education and plans.

Getting ready for all those holiday events!!! 👀😀

I make sure I pack a bag.

I go with my Ashwagandha for the social anxiety and lower cortisol 😏 .... my Guarana in case I need an added boost of natural caffeine, without the unhealthy tweekiness 🫶 , my Tumeric because goodness knows inflammation is real after all that standing and cooking 💁...

And my added yummy goodness is my Ginger Lozenge (to settle the stomach) because that extra food taste great but doesn't always sit well. 🫚

Don't let the holidays get ya!!!

As many of you know… I don’t use deodorant. 😅
Nope. Not at all. It’s been about 7 years 👀 Yep, that long!

And i promise, I don't stink 💁😆❤️ ask my peeps!

But here’s the trick: I detox my pits every 3–6 months… and honestly, it makes all the difference in the world. ✨

🌿 Fresh, happy pits = instant good vibes.
Some use my magnesium spray daily or as needed too — a nice little balance! 💛

One of my amazing customers, now of course a great friend, grabbed a Soothe Stick for a friend of hers last week.

I talk about Soothe often. Made originally for pain relief, they pretty much do all the things.... healing, rashes, burns, bites and more. ✅️💁
