So I love hearing when someone tells me "I was feeling flu like, really bad, but just 2 days with my propolis, I am like new!! The doc wanted to give me all the 💊, but I knew this would work."

One of the consults that I had today was with a sweet lady drastically struggling with debilitating anxiety. The idea that her life is phenomenal, and yet .... her anxiety is taking over. 😔 She said "no real joy" , "tired of being miserable", "zero libido" and more....

When our skin starts to itch, dry out, the eczema flairs and the blemishes saaayyy hello!

I'm ready for that Louisiana heat 🤣 🥵.

Anyhoo, someone asked me for my Goats Milk Oatmeal Soap 🧼 and of course, obliged.

Soothing the itch, gentle for sensitive, adds back that moisture and calms ... calming. We all need it!!!

I have a friend and long-time customer who has lupus. She’s in a flare-up, so a couple of weeks ago I decided to tweak my Pain Tincture recipe—adding more of an herb I believed would better support her.

It worked. 🙌💚

There is almost no company or store where you can get this kind of personal care and support. This is what I do. I keep it personal because I truly believe everyone is different, and everyone needs what they need. 🌿

I made a little extra for myself this week. I don’t have chronic pain (thank goodness), but at 46, on a day like today… 👀

I’ve been up and on my feet since 7am—gym, errands, grocery shopping, cleaning—and I’ll be on my feet all evening packing orders and then making Bestie Dinner. 🥘💕

At my age, y’all already know the back usually aches… sometimes it hurts.

But not today. Not with this beauty. 🌿✨💪

Sweet baby is looking and feeling so much better. 🐕😌

A few weeks ago, she had some some sort of allergy breakout. 🥺

She started biting at her tail and bottom area, because she was itching. 😬 You can see her 'bobos'.

So I bathed her immediately, and began to daily slather her tail and bottom area with Soothe Salve + spraying her with the Pup Allergy Spray. 📌

She quit the biting and itching almost immediately, and only a few weeks later most of her hair has grown back and the sores are healing or gone. 🌿🫶

Now the queen is relaxing on her couch. 😅😅
