I work with alot of women, but mainly because men simply don't ask 🤷. I am glad their wives do. This sweet man is on the mend!!

** Also if you have ever had a panic attack, any time of the day, they absolutely su*k!! I do not miss those days. 😌

"Shes sleeping better. She is more open to discussions and not automatically on the defense. Her anxiety levels are down. Shes more even keel. Her responses to triggers *which can be many when youre on the spectrum* are reasonable and she can make sense of things more. She doesnt get caught in vicious cycles of rumination. Shes still an angst teen, just more reasonably so than before. Her thoughts slow down and she can make sense of things.

If im honest, I even tried it myself for about a week before giving it to her (because how can I know how to help her if I dont k ow how itll affect her? Lol) and I even felt amazing." 🥹🌿 ...

Tonight, I breathed ... 😌

I have been struggling with anxiety for a week now.😬 It snuck up on me. It's been years since I had symptoms multiple days in a row.

Today, I wrote it in my gratitude list, because here is what I have been reminded of ...👀🫶

I'm pretty dang good at what I do. My herbs have been a savior. 🌿💁

Self discipline makes a difference. Being able to do the things that are best for me, no matter how we feel, is what keeps us looking up and ahead. 💥

Affirmations being a habit of my mindset, positive self talk, accepting that feelings will always pass and are only moments ... that keeps frustration at a minimum and brings in the joy. 🧚‍♀️

Anxiety is very real ... and it can suck it!

If it was a person, I would say it messed with the wrong woman! 🤷‍♀️😅🔥
