Pop Up Yoga Nidra happening Friday, February 27 at 5:00pm!
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation.” This yoga practice can restore your body, mind, and spirit and can be tremendously healing. This class will consist of gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises followed by guided meditation and imagery. As you rest, you can turn your attention easily and effortlessly to the very nature of awareness and consciousness. 🧘🧘♂️🧘🏽♀️🧘♂️
