Come join us for our newest class Tai Ji Qi Gong: Meditative Mind-Body Exercise
Tai Ji Qi Gong is based on Tai Ji Quan (usually called Tai Chi) and Qi Gong. It is a Mind-body practice that is particularly helpful in our stressful lives as the slow body movements synchronized with slow breathing and mental focus, improve stamina and promote relaxation at the same time. These exercises can also help with stress management, anxiety and depression.
The goal for this class is to practice fluent movements while gently concentrating and training awareness – mindful moving meditation – including stretching, learning about your inner energy, and reaching a state of calmness.
This class with Dr. Lisa is an experiential class where the foundational principles of Tai Ji Qi Gong, such as Tai Ji walking, are practiced in a repetitive, accessible manner, without being limited by any single form or style. We meet you where you are and encourage you to grow at your own pace—whether you're new to these practices or looking to deepen your skills. All experience levels are welcome.
