On Thursday, October 23, 2025, the LAFP in partnership with Ochsner Health, hosted the Lake Charles Area Grand Rounds and Member District Social. Members enjoyed visiting with friends and earning free CME. The educational program was hosted by the Lake Charles Family Medicine Residency Program. The speakers for the evening, Earl J. Soileau, MD, & Zachary Lazaridis, DO, PGY-1, hosted the CME presentation, "A Curious Case of Failing Nerves and Silent Bleeds”
