❤️Hey Heart Community! My name is Kate, and I am the heart screens coordinator at Louisiana Pediatric Cardiology Foundation (LPCF)!

Heart Month & CHD Awareness Day is coming up! Getting your child’s school involved is a wonderful way to educate others and show how strong our heart community is. If you are interested in getting your child’s school involved in Wear Red Day, please reach out to me and I can get a flyer made with all of the information!
